SCT Research and Consulting is a small consulting house operated by Sigmund "Siggy" Toback, who has over 35 years of experience in the technology field. Siggy is a retired New York City public school technology coordinator. He also served as the Vice President, Director of Operations, US for Airware Technology Group, LLC, a location-based services company that built and developed wireless solutions to multiple commercial real estate market verticals, and Director of Operations for POMALS, Inc., a company that developed products and services in the location-aware arena.
